Buick Regal owners have reported 2 problems related to rear suspension (under the suspension category). The most recently reported issues are listed below. Also please check out the statistics and reliability analysis of Buick Regal based on all problems reported for the Regal.
Rear suspension, trailing arms used to keep rear axle in alignment failed, the vehicle was becoming unstable on the highway and had developed a clunk during stop/starts. When I checked under the car, the trailing arm had separated from the body mount. I imagine under hard braking the axle may wrap up.
