My battery seems to be losing charge. Then it will completely die. When I charge it on a battery charger for a while it would hold the charge for a a couple of days then die again. I had the battery, alternator, and starter checked and machanic stated that they are all working good. This happens randomly. The driverside power control buttons work on and off. Some days they work and others they dont, almost like a short. This also happens randomly.

Multiple indicator lights are coming on when nothing is wrong with the vehicle, gradual loss of battery charge. Then my vehicle will not start at all. Nothing wrong with the starter, battery is still good, the alternator is fine. My indicator console will not come back on when I try to turn the car back on, car will not start without a jump, but all the lights inside and outside of the vehicle are on. I have found that this model year has a recall already on it for this same issue id # 13v173000 - electrical system. Nothing else seems to be wrong with the vehicle. Not sure at this point if it is safe to drive.

My car has had issues with the electrical system. When I use my turning signals my car shuts off and I have to put in neutral and re start it. Also, the ignition issue is preventing my car from starting. I just had my starter replaced 4 days ago because I thought the issue was the starter even one it read okay I went ahead and replaced it since the issue was the car starting along with it shutting off when using the turning signals. I called in due to the recall to find out my car has a recall on another part that could cause it to catch fire. I had the appointment set up to relace that recall but since the car is not on the ignition switch recall I cant get that fixed to even get the car started. It starts most of the time but it seams the times I really need to be somewhere it wont start. Whyis it that my make and model are not apart of the recall if plenty of owners with this car are having the same issues. I have been so close to being in an accident due to this and need it fixed. I am a single mother andf feel I should not incure diagnosis test when I can tell you whats wrong and then I have to pay to fix something that has been recalled in many other gm automobiles but not mine. How can I get my car put on the recall list so it can get fixed???? this is a huge saftey issue and it needs to be addressed!.

I have been having stalling problems I. E. Ignetion. Going over bumps and turning on the left turn signal seemed to cause it to stall for over a year. I pretty much quit driving the car unless it was less than 3 miles like going to the grocery store or the golf course. I finally took it in to the dealer and they had never seen anything like it. Sept. 17, 2013. Anyway, they repaired it for $556. 40. I have only had the keys that came with it, starter and trunk and one house key, 3 total on the key ring. In light of the recent problems, you might want to expand the scope of your investigation.

9/12/09 dies and will not restart. 9/14/09 parts that needed replaced are starter and battery. Problem is still there. Car will only turn over (run) when the head lights are on (not in the auto mode) and if turned off the car dies and every light on dash is eliminated and flashing. Then when blinkers are used while driving the motor dies. This happens every time the car is driven (after 9/14/09). On blogs other owners have experienced this problem and replaced ignition switch.

Car engine dies when using left or right turn signal! upon attempting to restart engine. . . Battery power surges starter, dash indicator lamps, radio, a/c, in pulses almost keeping speed with the pulses of cars emergency flashers! wife was almost hit by on coming eighteen wheeler when she attempted to cross an intersection and make a left turn! car will not restart unless emergency flashers or headlamps are manually turned on! of course by the time this will be figured out by most. . . . They will have already been run over by their eighteen wheeler!.
Numerous failures - power windows(same window 2x), heater/ac blower motor, turn signals (same direction 3x), alternator, water pump, engine strut brackets, leaky gasket valve covers. Current unresolved problem - failure to start although battery is fine. Replaced ignition switch and starter yet still fails regularly. Next repair, replace a wire in steering column that contacts the chip in the key???.
