The contact was able to restart the vehicle after turning the key in the ignition and placing the gear shift in neutral. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 71,704.
