Three problems related to exterior rearview mirror have been reported for the 1998 Cadillac Deville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Problem with side view mirrors.
Exterior mirrors are too small. This causes poor visibility and blind spot. Manufacturer notified and informed consumer that the mirrors met specifications, and nothing else would be done.
When going in reverse the rearview mirror automatically tilts down, and does not give a clear view of what is behind the vehicle. Dealer has not seen.
