Loss control of steering and brakes on 4 sept and 7 sept 2014, at intersection of mahan drive and warden road; the vehicle stopped by curb of the street, all traffic stopped. Re-start engine. Luck was on my side.
The contact owned a 2005 Cadillac Deville. While driving approximately 70 mph, the vehicle failed to respond when the brake pedal was depressed. As a result, the contact's vehicle crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained neck and shoulder injuries, which required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 117,000.
