Mr. Ross cirincione is writing on behalf of ms. Cianciolo stating that a defect in the bucket seat heating element cause burnt edges with a 2-3 inch hole diameter in the leather and a melted seat cushion underneath. Although there is a service bulletin alerting dealerships to the problem, the dealership insisted that the burn hole must have been caused by her local detailing shop. Onwer is requesting reimbursement.
