Tire Bulge Problems of Cadillac Deville

Viva2 side wall separation and tire tread separation p225/60r16 noticed tire failed had bulge on side wall went bought another did same ask employee at walmart where I purchased tire he said the wheels are out of line on my car he did not know I had had my car inspected before I came to replace faulty tire at repair shop they said tire was at fault there was nothing wrong with the alignment.

One of my vogue radial tubless tires recently developed a 5" bulge on the sidewall. The tire is a p225 60r16 97s custom built radial 1x+. Had this bulge not been brought to my attention by a passerby there is a strong possibility a blow-out could have occurred. These tires are rated for 70,000 miles and I had about 30,000 miles of use.
