Navigational (global Positioning System) Gps Problems of Cadillac Escalade

On [xxx], at approximately 15,200 miles, my 2025 Cadillac Escalade v developed multiple warnings while I was driving at highway speed. These included reduced acceleration, speed limited to 62 mph, service power steering, service traction control, rear axle system off, and unavailable forward-collision and adaptive-cruise functions. At one point, the speedometer displayed 0 mph while I was still traveling over 60 mph. The vehicle ultimately stopped in the roadway and required towing back to crestmont Cadillac in beachwood, ohio. Becoming disabled in traffic and losing a reliable speed indication created a safety risk. I picked up the vehicle from crestmont the previous day after approximately a week at the dealership. I was told no battery issues had been found. There had been earlier visits for electrical/network and reduced-power problems. An August 8–12, 2026 repair order documented can bus 2 communications dropping out. The dealer removed a gps tracking device during that visit, but electrical and drivability problems subsequently recurred. I documented a recurrence to the dealer in an August 20 email. I have notified crestmont in writing about the [xxx] incident. The vehicle is now at the dealership for further investigation. The cause of the latest breakdown has not been determined. My issue is with the telematics module that no longer functions as it should. My gps, super-cruise, onstar, wifi, mycadillac app, and all other so called safety features touted by onstar are non-functional. If this isn’t a legitimate concern, I apologize. Otherwise, please help with this widespread known issue.

The vehicle has experienced premature factory paint and clear coat delamination across the main roof panel structure. This is not cosmetic weathering; it is a latent factory application defect where the clear coat chemically failed to bond to the substrate. The resulting delamination has left raw structural metal exposed, leading to rapid substrate oxidation and structural degradation of the roof panel sheet metal. The advanced delamination and corrosion have directly compromised the sealing integrity of the roof-mounted gps/emergency communication antenna and the structural integrity of the roof rack mounting tracks. Water intrusion through the compromised factory finish risks shorting out emergency telematics, causing electrical fires in the headliner, or causing a structural failure of aftermarket cargo crossbars at highway speeds, creating a severe road hazard for vehicles traveling behind me. This is a known, widespread manufacturing flaw originating from the arlington assembly plant affecting 2015-2020 gm full-sized platforms, requiring a total structural strip and repaint to resolve. General motors has issued no recall or remedy for this latent safety and structural defect.

Cue system delamenated cracking glass options not working correctly many recalls for cue gps entertainment system in all Cadillacs. This needs to be addressed because safety system backing up doesn't work properly. Cadillac has had problems with this part since 2014 recall and with lemon law class action on many Cadillacs for this same problem. Even if I purchase new cue laminated glass still happens in gel on glass. This is a major flaw and Cadillac knows there is a major problem . 1500. 00 for new cue system and problem still happening because of weather where car sits . The government needs to address because it's a safety issue when system doesn't work. Heat wont work cameras or radio! what can I do? please help me?.
