While traveling at approximately 25 mph vehicle dropped to the ground in the rear due to the rear axle breaking and disconnecting from vehicle, axle rolled approximately 40 feet away from the vehicle when this occurred, consumer felt that if this defect had happened while traveling at a higher speed, serious injuries could have resulted. Dealership has not given the consumer a reason for this problem. Dealer not willing to give any support in this matter.
