The headlights fill with water and this causes the lights to work strangely. Currently, my left headlight works but not the turn signal or day beams. The right headlight is out but the turn signal and day beam work. I took it to a Cadillac dealer and they told me they've seen this issue frequently. Gm does not seem interested in fixing the issue. This is a safety concern that needs to be addressed. I should not have to pay $3,000 for a manufacturing defect.
