Headlights Bulbs problems of the 2012 Cadillac SRX

The contact owns a 2012 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the head lights were really dim and inoperable. The contact stated while driving in the dark for four hours, the headlights remained dim and she could barely see six feet in front of the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to report the failure to NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 112,000.
