Radio/tape Cd Player problems of the 2014 Cadillac SRX

My radio is going batting again. It plays but the screen will not work 1/2 the time - I have no control on where to go. When I try to recieve a call from the car it will pick up and disconnect 2 seconds into the call. It will not let me use a aux cord to play music. I have replaced the display on 9/13/16 and I replaced the radio on 4/26/17. This is not acceptable. I had to wait in April for over a month or two b/c this particular radio was on back order due to issues.

Cadillac cue touch screen doesn't work properly - frozen - won't respond to touch. Radio randomly starts blasting startling driver. Driver unable to adjust heat/cooling so must lean over and put hands on vents to see where (if) heat is being directed, causing driver to swerve into oncoming traffic or off road. Unable to use navigation system so driver is unable to focus on the road and must look at cell phone. Phone is unable to pair bluetooth phone with system b/c it needs touch screen, so phone must be held in hand or placed between seat belt near driver's ear causing driver distraction/inattention. Screen flickers randomly drawing drivers eyes off the road possibly causing an accident. Unable to set/reset safety features, warning bells, lockout protections etc. Driver has tried to ignore these issues, however, the longer the system is down/malfunctioning, the higher the risk is becoming due to driver distraction.

Information center Cadillac cue does not operate. Brought to dealer on 11/17/2016 and was told 30 days to several months on back order. Today is 12/16/2016 called dealer no estimated completion time. Called Cadillac same answer. The Cadillac cue controls a/c, heat, radio and all the accessories. Does this fall under the lemon law? I have breathing problems and can't safely drive this vehicle. Temperatures this weekend will be -12 degrees fahrenheit. Please advise what actions I can take to resolve this issue ASAP.
