Carrier/rack Problems of Cadillac XTS

2013 Cadillac Xts cue system display screen has spider crack through out the screen. It does not respond to touch. After researching this is a common issue and gm is doing nothing about it!.

This is my 2n cue system stereo, other was replaced under warranty and the screen is now cracking and affecting visibility and function.

Driving down a highway, no cars around, the stationary component of the sunroof, exploded out, one of the pieces of the glass was expelled and hit the trunk, making a deep scratch. No discernible cracks or history of issues. Weather was 65 degrees fahrenheit. No sudden change in temperature or moisture. Clear skies, not overcast or sunny. No damage to the underlying sliding cover. The unsafe condition is if the cover would have been retracted and my children in their car seats. The spontaneous explosion would have sent pieces of glass down, cutting them.
