Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 1997 Chevrolet Astro

Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Upon impact airbags did not deploy, resulting in minor injuries. Manufacturer has been notified.

Air bags did not deploy upon impact with other vehicle.

While driving about 40 mph struck another vehicle in a frontal collision. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy.

Was traveling 40mph when another vehicle cut in front & had no tail lights. Applied brakes to avoid hitting vehicle. Had pumped brakes, but vehicle had slid & rearended the other vehicle due to lack of brakes. Upon impact with other vehicle, air bags failed to deploy.

While dirivng 25 mph had a frontal impact, and driver's/passenger's airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in this crash. Please provide further information.

Vehicle was involved in a head-on collsion at 55 mph. Upon impact, both air bags did not deploy. Manufacturer was e-mailed. . Consumer was informed by Chevrolet dealership that unless the vehicle is hit just right the airbags will not deploy.

Consumer was driving at 25 mph on a wet road conditions when another vehicle approached and there was a head-on collision. Consumer's air bags did not deploy.
