One problem related to axle shaft seal has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Astro. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer took vehicle in for front brake repairs & found out that the rear axle seals failed. Rear brakes had to be replaced due to this problem. Service advisor told consumer this was not common for this vehicle.
