Two problems related to alternator/generator/regulator have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Astro. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states battery terminal was corroded and broken, therefore battery was replaced as well as the alternator.
Vehicle failed to start numerous times. Service cannot identify problem after 5 attempts; 2 batteries, 2 alternators.
