One problem related to door hinge has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Astro. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Leased vehicle. Rear cargo door hinge and latch slipped off and opened totally to 180 degrees. Dealer contacted, and stated that it was an error in design. Problem still exists.
