My chevy Avalanche has a known issue of the dash cracking which gm denies. Like many other tahoe,silverado,and Avalanche owners I have a cracked dash right in the corner of the passenger side air bag and another over the drivers steering column. The dash flaps freely and I'm worried if the air bag goes off that sharp shrapnel will fly in the face of the driver and passenger. There are tons of owners all over with identical issues.

2004 Chevrolet Avalanche broken manifold bolts on both sides of the 5. 3 engine this is a safety and environmental issue gm should recall this issue instead of turning there back and sticking there loyal customers with the bill!.

Back in April 7 2011 found a crack on the dashboard passenger side next to the passenger airbag. Dashboard was replaced do to still under manufacturer warranty at the dealer where truck was bought . Truck at that time had 19606 miles. On April 1 2015 found a huge crack on the the driver side of the dashboard. Truck only has 49577 miles. Manufacturers needs to replace this part properly.
