However, gm manufacturer wrote a letter to the dealership, telling them to stop all attempts to repair this vehicle until they come up with a solution for this type of problem. The contact has been having this problem for a couple of years. He stated that one could feel a humming noise in the steering wheel when driving. This occurred all the time when the air conditioner was turned on. If the air conditioner was off then one would not hear this noise.
