While driving at about 60 mph on the freeway a car sped up on the left side of me while I was merging into the left lane, I swerved to the right but still had control of the car until all of a sudden the brake locked and the car shut off and started to spin out of control and almost flipped over. I did not stomp on the brake or turn the wheel very hard at all, the car seems very unbalanced when driving defensively which I believe could cause a car flip. Thank god the oncoming traffic stopped.

Contact states; the brakes squeal and when stopping the brakes don't work. When taking foot off the brakes the car jumps, feels like the brakes lock. The car jumps up nd down. Had vehicle in the shop at 4 different times for brakes problems. However, problem recurred.
