Contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Aveo . The vehicle had a whistling in the brakes. Then there was noise in the ignition. This has been going on for awhile. Every time while backing out from the driveway there was a small noise. Manufacturer's recall 04069. Was issued. At this time consumer's vehicle was taken to the dealership for recall repairs. The next problem concerned transmission fluid being over filled which could cause a fire. The transmission axle was being checked .
