One problem related to car throttle stuck has been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Throttle stuck half open while getting on freeway. Found a piece of the throttle body butterfly had broken and fallen in the way so that the butterfly could not close. Looks like a design defect.
