Two problems related to front suspension hub have been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
There was roaring noise in the front end when consumer accelerated. Dealership indicated that the noise was due to the bearings. Hub and the bearing assembly were replaced.
In less than 4 years I have had 2 major car repairs on my Blazer. On trip to the chevy dealer they replaced the following: hift solinoid right front hub brg dry/grouwling, brg failed replaced hub brg assmy. My truck had 54,515 miles. The stone mountain Chevrolet dearlership in stone mountain GA did the repair. The next large repair is for a rear differential overhaul. The technician said that this is caused by major towing but ther is no hich on the truck and there is 99,000 miles on the truck.
