One problem related to front suspension upper arm has been reported for the 2001 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When servicing the tires there was a loud pop noise. Dealer claimed cause was a loose upper control arm. Dealer replaced upper contrl arm. Service manager stated it was same defect as mentioned in recall 01v126000 for trailblazer, 2002.
