My power seat shorted out while I was driving and set my shorts on fire, vehical completly burned to the ground despite three fire trucks showing up in about 5 min. , reported to gm , but the said since vehical was destroyed they are not to blame.

Consumer was inside the parked vehicle, adjusted the driver's side seat and seat lever sheared off. Driver 's seat failed to move back and forth on its own. Consumer contacted took vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic repaired the part. But this problem recurred, and had not been resolved. Consumer contacted the dealer, who informed consumer that the warranty expired. Consumer was responsible for payment for parts and labor. While adjusting the seat the latch that goes up/down broke the second time. Consumer paid $100. 00 deductible to get it repaired. Warranty expired.

I have bad seat accessories, if I hadn't unplugged the circuit under the seat,the seat would move me back and forth while I was driving. I see there are many complaints on this subject. Also the fuel gauge problem is very inconvenient to say the least.
The power adjust seat handle was replaced twice.

The power adjust seat handle was replaced twice.
The cable on the lumbar support adjuster broke on driver's side fromt seat. Lumbar support in now non-functional. Also, clunking in suspension of passenger side front suspension. Aware of recall for control arm bushing and ball joints. Apparrently, excessive wear due to lack of or poor lubrication.
Driver power seat moves without touching any controls or levers. Moves up and down; first instance. Also, moved back and forth both while driving and while vehicle waas parked and ignition off. Dealer replaced once. Problem has presented again. This time seat only moved up and down while driving. This is a safety hazard. Am I the only gm consumer who has experienced this problem? please advise.
Driver's seat was moving back and forth while driving, dealer attempted to repair it 3 times, tracks were stripped.
Driver's power seat is inoperative. Driver's seat is stuck in one place, and if another driver cannot adjust the driver's seat accordingly, it may result in loss of vehicle control. Dealer has not been contacted. Please provide further information.

Front passenger's side seat power adjusting lever is located in front of seat rather than underneath seat, causing the passenger's leg to get caught in seat lever ,possble injuries.
