Steering column had smoke coming out of it a week ago. I'm constantly hearing the blinkers even when they're not in use, for the past few months now. This happens anytime the car is running, whether it's moving or stopped. Problem with constant blinker sound started the first of April, and has continued ever since.

While driving 45 mph steering wheel locked up. Consumer was unable to unlock the steering wheel. This caused the vehicle to hit a curb. Consumer had vehicle towed to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined steering column needed to be replaced due to worn out parts.
