2 Transmission Gear Slipping problem of the 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier

Failure Date: 06/16/2003

Vehicle did not have a dip stick for the transmission fluid. Dealer insisted that the vehicle must be brought to them in order for the transmission fluid to be checked. Consumer claimed that the transmission was slipping while the dealer was servicing the vehicle.

Failure Date: 04/01/2001

Transmission is sliping and it's kind of burning. Thsi has happened 11 times. Contacted dealer, and dealer said that engine check light needed to come on before they will do anything.
