Turn Signal Flasher Unit Problems of Chevrolet Corvette

The contact owns a 2000 Chevrolet Corvette. The contact stated that when driving at various speeds, the signaling lights or the hazard lights would fail intermittently. The vehicle was not inspected by a dealer nor repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 82,500. Updated 5/24/11.

Turn signals only work intermittently. We never know when they will stop working or start. Can't fix. Have owned this 2000 Corvette for 7 years now. We have had the turn signals replaced trying to correct the problem, over and over again, but they still will just only work intermittently. My husband is hard of hearing and he doesn't realize they are not working. I am worried about his safety. In addition, it has been very costly and frustrating to us to keep trying and trying to fix it with no avail.

Turn signal stops working while vehicle is in motion. This has happened multiple times over the last year I have owned the car.

When using the lane change feature, there was rapid flashing of either the right r left turn signal, indicating a burned out bulb. (nar).
