The contact owns a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated that the inside of the vehicle smelled like burning plastic and the windows on the vehicle fogged up. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer three times before they were able to determine that the heating core caused the fog. The heating coil was replaced but the contact stated that the vehicle then smelled of burning coolant and plastic. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer replaced the heater core on more than one occasion, but the failure would recur. The contact left a message with the manufacturer, but had not received a return call.
