2005 chevy Equinox water leak in rear of vehicle. Accumulates in wheel well and interior carpet is staining and producing an odor. Dealership was unable to locate problem or resolve the issue. Still exist. Seems like a factory defect that they are not taking responsibility for, or recognizing. Presented itself around the 50,000 mile range.

Contact stated that the cup holder is blocking the emergency brake.
The consumer stated the console and hood produced extreme heat. The consumer was concerned that the vehicle will catch fire. The cause has not been determined. Please provide additional information.
