One problem related to brake light has been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The ground wire on the rear brake light socket comes loose. When the head lights are off this causes the brake light to very dim. When the head lights are on there are no break liights. This has been observed on many vans on the street.
