One problem related to rear seat belt has been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2000 Chevrolet 12 passenger Express van: one of the seat belts in the vehicle has been replaced 3 times and continues to malfunction by locking in the fully retracted position. This has caused one passenger to ride without a seat belt on a return trip. Chevrolet no longer will honor the warranty on this safety related part.
