Two problems related to steering gear box have been reported for the 2002 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The vehicle steering gear box failed. The dealer has replaced four times, however problem still exists. Please provide additional information.
There is a knocking in the steering. Poor steering control. Dealer replaced steering gear 3 times and then was told by gen motors not to replace it again. The problem still exists. The vehicle is still in warranty. Presently at a standoff with gm. They won't fix, I won't pay.
