One problem related to front air bag has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle was parked in our company parking lot, vehicle was not running and the key was not in the ignition. Employee was loading tools and equipment into rear of vehicle after completing a job. Side sliding door was open. Passenger air bag only deployed. Vehicle had not been a wreck.
