One problem related to steering knuckle spindle has been reported for the 2004 Chevrolet Express. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Left front wheel disengaged from van at 55 miles per hour on the interstate due to a nut falling off of the spindle. This was a very dangerous and costly situation.
