Front Seat Belt Buckle Assembly Problems of Chevrolet Express

Driver side seat belt receiver malfunction - while inserting belt locking tab, red release button popped out - tried to reinsert button, mechanism jammed trapping me in seat; until I could thread myself out of belts. Part ordered.

Rear seat belts fail to function properly. Middle lap belt fails to stay buckled. Also, shoulder belt on passenger's side in rear fails to pull out. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Consumer's church bus was affected by recall 00e048000. However, dealership was only able to repair 2 of 30+ seat belt buckles in vehicle because of financial issues between dealer and manufacturer, am-safe. Dealership repaired 2 vehicles, approximately 60 belts, no further repairs will be done until payment is made from am-safe-comm products.

The problem is in buckle failures and retractor failures. Riverside vans (conversion CO. ) said they have had no problems with these belts. I have had 4 failures. Mfr. Is atwood mobile products.
