Tl- the contact owns a 1996 Chevrolet Impala. The contact received recall 14v355 NHTSA campaign number: 14v355000 component(s): electrical system. The contact stated while driving 50 mph the vehicle stalled causing the contact to crash into a ditch. A police report was filed and one injury was sustained. The vehicle was totaled and manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. Sr.
Vehicle stalls on the highway and does not restart causing safety concern to the driver. Yh.
