Relay switch on driver side for air conditioner clicks for several minutes and blows hot air. The passenger side currently blows cold but now the clicking has been happening there also. I had a total stranger hear the noise while I was pumping gas who said his Impala did the same thing. This is obviously a common defect in Chevrolet Impalas that should be taken care of. This happens everywhere all the time moving and parked.
