My reduce engine power light, service stabilitrak light and abs light is on also check engine light. Car will not go ove 30 to 40 mph. The car will reduce speed on the highway. And streets. I live in illinois. I've done tried everything. The car was in the shop for over a month cost me $1500 to fix every issues the mechanic thought was wrong and the car still have the same issues. I have even just recently brought a new gas cap because that light kept saying tighten. This can be really stressful. I dont think I will ever buy another chevy car again. As I research my issue just by typing in the problems without giving the make and model of car. I see all these problems are only with chevy vechiles. What do I do?.
Since I purchase the car December 2016, I have had an issue with the front driver wheel well. From a tire rod, cv axle, wheel hub, and the stabilitrak off light. Today, I get an engine light and my car slowed down drastically. Now I have a check engine light, service stabilitrak, engine power reduce, stabilitrak off and traction off!.
Car loses power and stabilitrak warning come on while driving no engine power at all . Check engine light come on and stays on till I shut off engine and turn back on only then engine light disappears my car only has 37,000 miles and is 3 year old its happen on the highway three time and in the parking lot of my work twice now.
