Rear driver's side 2nd row there is no seatbelt system at all except for studs which won,t protect an occupant in that seat from a crash. Please provide further information.

Third door is not solid and creaking/pooping every day. Also, driver's side plastic housing where the seat belt adjuster is bolted into, makes excessive noise when going over bumps in the road.
