Tl the contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. While the accelerator pedal was depressed, the rpms increased; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate. There was also an abnormal noise detected from the vehicle and the speedometer was not displaying the correct speed. The contact also mentioned that the instrument panel lighting flashed on and off.
