Car turns off the engine light is on and found out the rocker arm solenoid valve is not working I'm afraid to drive the car I don't know what to do I have not had the car not even one year. I'm afraid to drive the car for it to turn off in the highway luckily it was on the street when the car just turned off.

If I drive real fast whenever it rain it'll say power steering service traction off my car would slid as I pull off from a complete stop . It's hard for my car to turn and it's triggering my check engine light . On the highway wheels and tires shake.

It's making a unknown sound.

The head lights in my vehicle do not work at all. I have to use the brights to see anything at night. The heat works when it wants too and when I bump into a small lump on the street it turns off. The wheel barrier is bad on my right tire.

I am or have experienced similar problems related to multiple recalls for my 2013 chevy Malibu, yet I when attempt to get the repairs for the recall I'm told they're aren't any connected to my VIN. If that's so, then my VIN(1g11c5sa6df149085) and others like it should be added to the recalls. My Malibu has been or is experiencing the issues brought up in recall #'s 50490, 50491, 13136, and 12212. Now why am I stuck having to pay out of pocket for things that are known in a recall. This is very disturbing to me. Going forward, should I succeed in getting this recall accepted, I don't need to here that it may be out of warranty. That wouldn't be fair either. As the prior owner couldn't have had the work done as a recall because the VIN wasn't in the system in time to be done before any restrictions or warranty expired. As I am making this complaint, I am in the process of getting the repairs done and would appreciate being reimbursed for all expenses incurred. As I wait for a favorable response. Just like every other complaint for this model year - abs/brake sils come on w/routine driving @40 mph off highway and then service warnings about stabilitrak and brake systemscome on; this happened in February where the dealership claimed it was a cracked wheel hub (owned less than 1 year and not covered) and said it needed replacing. Replaced at ~$600. Afterwards, brakes were real shaky (whole steering column shakes) when braking over 55mph - dealership said it couldn't possibly be related to replacing the wheel hub. Now, three months later, it's happening again - this time @30mph getting on highway on-ramp have to take car in, pay diagnostic and then repair costs. Chevrolet knows damn well what's going wrong with their design flaw (speed ring wear/malfunction) and needs to be redesigning/replacing system components.

Everytime I driving I lose the control of the wheel because it start to shake even when is parking. The wheel shakes a lot very dangerous driving.

While driving abs warning came on. Also showed brake assist warning and stability ram warning.

On March 30th, my abs lights came on my vehicle. I took my car to the dealership. I was told not to drive the vehicle. My car was serviced for the wheel bearings and abs brake system $1085. After picking up my vehicle, I received a diagnostic report from onstar stating that my vehicle still had brake and abs problems. I picked up the car from the dealership. Two days later while driving 40 mph my brakes went out completely out and I crashed into a van.

Three of the wheels are worn out down the middle only. This is the second time this type of problem has occurred. I was told the alignment wasn't the cause and the Chevrolet mechanics failed to give me an explanation for this problem.

On the highway going 65 mph, the engine shut off without warning but the battery/electronics were still on. I safely stopped the car on the side of the road. The check engine + abs + traction control lights came on simultaneously. The car would not start. I finally had to call a tow company. No mechanic knows how to fix it. Upon further research, many owners of the same make model and model year range suffered similar situations. The car still won't start till now.

Rear wheels are cracked causing vibration and air leak.

Continental pro contact tires. I have had the car for 16 months and driven approximately 23,000 miles. I am now about to replace the 4th tire due to a sidewall separation and bulge, which if not replaced can easily become a blow out. These are the oem that come with the 2017 Malibu premier and have a 40,000 mile warranty.

Fixed several times and still the service tire monitor is on as if it was the tpms.

Power steering warning comes on. Esc. Traction steering is stiff to turn is hard.

On 1/2/2019 I was driving in my car and two warning messages suddenly popped up on my console warning about the stability control and abs systems. There is a sensor that reads a "speed ring" on the rear of the wheel hubs. It seems chevy cars are known to have this ring crack and sections break off. When this happens the sensor can no longer read it and your stability control and abs systems will immediately stop working. The only way to resolve this problem is to replace the entire hub. Not only is this a serious safety issue but a considerable design flaw. You should only ever have to replace a hub if the bearing wear out because it is a very expensive repair. The other rear hub on my car is showing cracks in this ring and will need to be replaced as well. Chevy is fully aware of this issue. I tried to contact chevy about this on Jan 5 and got a call from them Jan 14 from a very rude and condescending person who was more concerned that I didnt pay chevy to repair the problem instead of the seriousness of the safety issue. Chevy needs to cover the cost of these repairs for me and everyone affected and needs to do a recall.

Car hesitates to change gears at higher speeds and stalls after driving reasonably short distances. The driver front wheel bearings have been changed for only a few months and are already causing the same problem as before.

As many other customers have reported on these Malibu's, issues with the wheel bearings going out in them at relatively low miles. I think this issue needs to be looked into because there are a ton of complaints about this issue.

When driving on expressway check engine light came one followed by traction control,reduced engine power, and loss of power. I couldn't accelerate and I was in the fast lane when it happened going 70 mph. I lost power and luckily I was able to make it over to the shoulder. Car started shaking badly. I cut it off and restarted it. Went away few miles down the road it happened again. For the past 2 years it's been happening only during cold months between December and February. This is a serious safety issue.

Im having serious brake problems I almost had a major car accident because of my this problem. This car brakes by itself specially when I speed up to 50mph and above. And also the brake pedal wont disengage by itself when braking and the whole car stars shaking uncontrolable. And im afraid everyday more and more that I might kill myself driving this car because this is my only car I have and drive everywhere I need to go specially now that im expecting a baby boy I constantly need check ups in my clinic I go too. Most of my braking problems accured while im driving on the freeway but something I dont need to be on the freeway for alk this to happen.

I found a complaint before about the power steering going out on my car. Today is October 17th 2018 the incident happened at about 5:50 in the morning my wife was driving to work in the vehicle on the freeway and the power steering went out again and the wheel locked up and turnt the car onto a construction she was able to stop the vehicle. She tells me that every light came on and started flashing then it went away and said ese, no power steering, service, no traction. She turned off the vehicle and started it back up and everything worked again, this has happened more than one time and each year is happening more and more.

Purchased my vehicle new with two miles in 2016. In less than one month of purchase, I replace a tire because it popped. One year later I replaced a second tire because it developed a lump that was 2017. This year two more tires was replaced because of lumps in the tire. I have had several cars and never had this issue ever. Actually, I have never had to replace a tire.

Rear wheel bearing and hubs replaced at 22,790 miles at 37,00 miles left rear and right front wheel bearings are bad again.

My 2016 Malibu has had two continental procontact TX tires fail because of the sidewall radials breaking. These tires are unsafe. My coworker has had the same issue. The dealer and company keeps blaming the roads. I have operated vehicles for 36 years and have never had a sidewall failure and now I have had 2 with the same brand and model tire.

I have had several issues with the air bag and electronic stability control. I have taken my vehicle in before regarding the issue with the service air bag light before. Just recently the service esc (electronic stability control) light had come on. I called general motors regarding if there any recalls for my vehicle, and was told there are not active recalls, but I should take my vehicle in to have it serviced for the passenger side air bag not working properly (not on). I have also had numerous issues with my tmp(tire pressure monitoring) system as well with regard to low tire pressure that keeps showing the left front tire. When I put air in that tire air pressure is registering in the other tires as well. These are all serious safety concerns that need to be investigated. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, but this could possibly lead to serious injuries or death.

My car started making this loud roaring noise at 75,000 miles. It got worse the longer I drove it. I ended up getting whee bearing replaced. Looking online I found out this is a huge problem with 2014 Malibu�s. Most are going out before 50,000 miles or lower. I think Chevrolet needs to know about this problem before someone gets hurt.

I can't use power steering fluid in my car because I've been told it's electrical. I was pulling out of my apartment building and I came up to a red light up the road to turn left. I stopped at the light for a minute, as the light turned green I continued an thats when the problem occurred. I couldn't barely turn my steering wheel and its hard an thats when "power steering" popped up on my dash. My steering wheel shakes uncontrollably and I'm scared to drive it and its my only transportation to and from my job.

Within 7 months I have been through 3 sets of rear tires.

I was driving down the road went to stop and airbag light come on. And the steering started getting jam felt like it was gonna break and brakes started pumping on their own and brakes didn't work right . Or steering. This is unsafe when steering and brakes are messing up at the same time. And steering wheel fill like it gonna break .

Both rear wheel bearings and hubs went bad quickly. At 71382 miles , a noise stared in the rear of the car while driving and within few days became very loud.

Tires go flat really fast. The electrical system is not ready my tires no more and don't show if there's an issue including airbags. The light was on for a month and wen tawau I got his in the front of my car and my airbags didn't not deploy.

Power steering warning is come on when try to start car . Not safety to drive . What to do???.

The rear passenger tire does not turn while driving or it starts to drag while driving.

Steering wheel locks without warning. I've replaced power steering 2 years ago and vehicle continues to lock while driving making it difficult to control vehicle.
