Tl-the contact owns a 2003 chevorlet Monte Carlo. The contact stated that whenever they get an oil change the oil leaks from the engine. The engine runs hot and smoke emerges from the vehicles hood. A new radiator was installed and now the cooliant leaks from the engine. The key fob is also failling. The engine light illuminates even after an oil change. New tires were palced and rotated and the tire preasure warning light illuminates. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic where the vehicle was diagnosed and they were informed that the oil leak was due to bad cadolic converters. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed however, they did nothing. They failure mileage was 174,034. The failure was not due to a recall. Jw.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the heater core in the engine cooling system was clogged. As a result, the radiator and heater core needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure and the vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage 110,000.
