While driving 55 mph the consumers vehicle was involved in a front end collision and none of the air bags deployed. Dealer notified.
According to owners manual airbags are supposed to be deployed at a threshold of 9-18 mph. Thy did not. Contacted gm dealership and they do not want to do anything with this problem. Yet the gm manufacturer will not do anything other than explain to me how the air bags work. A vehicle cross my path not yielding to traffic and crossed my front about 15 feet away. I hit the the other vehicle in t-bone type accident going at 40 mph, spunned the other vehicle about three times and my air bag in my chevy s-10 truck did not deploy. Gm has placed this file on the backburner and without action. They do not want to take responsibility for my safety.

Consumer was traveling 30-35 mph on dry pavement and rearended another vehicle that pulled out in front. Upon impact, driver's airbag didn't deploy. Dealer will be contacted. Truck totalled. . Et.
Consumer was driving on the highway going 50mph, another vechicle made a u turn in the middle of the street, consumer thought that vehicle was going to turn in the opposite of his vehicle, an dhe veered over to the shoulder on wet pavement to slow down. Then, veered onto the dry pavement, and the anti-lock system didn't kick in. Also the airbag didn't deploy.
While crossing an intersection applied the brakes on a bumpy road and brake pedal went to the floor. Consumer hit another vehicle, and airbag didn't deploy. Called the dealer, and they said that this was normal.
Vehicle stopped at the light when another vehicle rearended it, knocking the first vehcle into a telephone pole. Then it bounced off of the pole, hit the corner of a brick wall and knocked into the curb. Upon impact, passenger's airbag didn't deploy. Car was totaled. Consumer talked with the dealer about airbag. The dealer told him that the airbag didn't have to deploy.

Driving at about 35mph, vehicle in front of the truck made a sudden left turn and the truck hit the back of the vehicle, causing heavy damage to the full right front of the truck. The airbag on the driver's side of the truck didn't deploy.
