Front Seat Head Restraint problems of the 1997 Chevrolet S10

1 Front Seat Head Restraint problem

Failure Date: 09/08/1999

Vehicle has no adjustable head restraints. Driver was involved in a rearend accident. Driver's head hit back glass window, resulting in head and neck injuries.

2 Front Seat Head Restraint problem

Failure Date: 06/13/1997

The head restraint design caused extensive injury to consumer while in anaccident. The design is curved inward at a very awkward angle.
