Spare Tire problems of the 1997 Chevrolet S10

Failure Date: 04/19/2004

While driving 20 mph spare tire cable snapped. As a result, tire was thrown into oncoming traffic.

Failure Date: 08/08/2002

The spare tire separated from vehicle. The dealer has been notified.
