Two problems related to door hinge have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The drivers door did not stay latch, which caused the driver to fall out of the vehicle, the springs popped out.
The upper hinge on the drivers door is so worn away that it has caused a door seal leak and rain gets in. Nothing has been done to correct it yet.
