Two problems related to other fuel system fuel gauge have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The consumer stated the fuel gauge failed twice within eight months. Please provide additional information.
Noticed gas gauge was dropping to empty when I had a full tank of gas. Kept an eye on it and the problem became worse. Now my gas gauge does not read at all. I can be on empty and it reads that I have more than a half tank left. Severly times I have almost run out of gas due to this problem. I know have to watch my mileage and determine when I need to get gas.
