One problem related to wheel bolts has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was pulling into a parking lot and 3 lugs: nuts: bolts fell off of my right front wheel. The dealer was informed of this and performed repairs on it. The dealer was also the one who performed the last tire rotation. I asked them if that could've caused the problem and they told me that they did not know. I aslo have a copy of a recall notice on the rims of this truck. I asked the dealer about this and they said they were not aware of any recalls on this vehicle. This could've happend when I was driving on the road and caused a serious accident luckily it didn't. . This bothers me because it could happen again, and I may not be so lucky next time.
