Car Accelerates On Its Own problems of the 2000 Chevrolet S10

While traveling on highway throttle becomes stuck without prior warning. Dealership is aware of problem. *akwhile slowing down to exit the freeway, vehicle suddenly accelerated to a speed well over 50 mph. Even with consumers foot off the gas vehicle still accelerated. Consumer had to shut the vehicle off to stop. Took vehicle to mechanic and was informed the throttle plate bolts had come out of the throttle plate causing the throttle to lock in an open position.
